The Millennium Mixed Fours side began the season in fine style on Tuesday 10th May away to Bude, winning by 57 shots to 53.

Richard Jones’ rink led all the way to a fine 25-19 win. Kevin Smith’s rink led all the way to the final end but dropped a two to lose 17-18. George Tinker’s rink was nip and tuck through the match, but went into the final end (after the others had finished) five down, meaning that whoever won that end would also win the match. George’s rink scored four for the victory.
